Acceptance
By using the Nisha Fitness app or website (operated by CognitiveSquad), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Not medical advice
Nisha Fitness provides general fitness and nutrition guidance, including AI-generated suggestions. It is not a medical service, and nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are under 18. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your account credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old.
Subscriptions
- Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription: ₹999/month on the website (via Razorpay) or ₹1,499/month in the app (via the App Store / Play Store).
- One account, one entitlement — Pro works everywhere you sign in.
- Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, overwhelm the AI systems, reverse-engineer the apps, or use the service for anything unlawful.
AI features
AI outputs are estimates generated from the data you log. They may be inaccurate. You use them at your own judgment; calorie and portion estimates in particular can vary meaningfully from reality.
Intellectual property
The app, website, brand and content are owned by CognitiveSquad. Your logged data remains yours.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CognitiveSquad is not liable for injuries, health outcomes, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is".
Termination & changes
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and may update these terms with notice on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
