Delete your account & data

Applies to the Nisha Fitness app by CognitiveSquad.

Delete from inside the app (instant)

• Open Nisha Fitness and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently and immediately deletes your authentication record and all data: profile, workout history, food logs, weight and measurements, progress photos, AI conversations, subscription records and gamification data. Deletion cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email contact@cognitivesquad.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We process email requests within 7 days.

What is kept

Nothing personal. Aggregated, anonymized analytics (e.g. crash statistics) that contain no personal identifiers may be retained. Active subscriptions should be cancelled first — deletion does not automatically stop App Store / Play Store billing.
