Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 9 August 2026

Cancelling your subscription

• Web (Razorpay): use the manage-subscription link in your Razorpay email, or write to contact@cognitivesquad.com from your account email and we'll cancel within 2 business days.
• App Store: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fitness Freak → Cancel.
• Play Store: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fitness Freak → Cancel.

Cancellation stops future charges. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• Web purchases: if something went wrong — duplicate charge, billing error, or the service was materially unavailable — email contact@cognitivesquad.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll review promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• App Store / Play Store purchases: refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies — request through their respective refund flows.

Fair use

We don't refund partial months for change of mind, but we'd rather fix your problem than lose you — talk to us first.
