Yes. Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen with the same email you use for Google. Set a new password from the reset email, and from then on both Google and email + password open the same account with all your data. The same applies to Sign in with Apple when your Apple ID shares that email.

Web subscriptions: from your Razorpay subscription email or by writing to contact@cognitivesquad.com. App subscriptions: through your App Store or Play Store subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Your logs, photos and conversations are visible only to you, protected by per-user security rules. Progress photos never leave your private storage. You can delete your account and every byte of your data from inside the app at any time.

Workout and food logging are offline-first — log in a basement gym with zero signal and everything syncs when you're back online. AI features need a connection.
